To stop the COVID-19 pandemic, we must us all prevention tools. Vaccines are one of the most effective tools to protect your health and prevent disease. Vaccines work with your body's natural defenses so your body will be ready to fight the virus if you are exposed.

The U.S. vaccine safety and approval protocols are in pace to make sure vaccines are as safe as possible. 

Many of us have questions about the vaccines for COVID-19, as well as the registration and vaccination processes. The City of Garland is working with community groups and organizations to help reach all our residents with this important information.
